Producers and songwriters!

Producers, songwriters and players - You can now hire Pete directly through this web site to play on your project. Whether it is a master session, jingle or song demo, Pete has the studio, the instruments and the gear to get the best sound for your project. He specializes in acoustic instruments – guitar, mandolin, banjo, bouzouki, Cuban tres… but also do lots of electric guitar as well.

Pete has been recording music in his hometown of Nashville, Tennessee for almost 20 years and has recorded in many, many styles. Pop, rock, jazz, country, latin, symphonic are all styles that I have worked extensively in. He has great instruments and through his years of studio experience with some of the best engineers in the business, he knows how to mic his instruments to get great sounds.

Whether it’s stereo acoustic guitar parts, electric rhythm parts, screaming electric guitar, flowing finger-picking behind a singer --- whatever your needs are --- this is the place to come.

Pete's studio has a fully padded, ultra quiet room for recording acoustic instruments. He is a real stickler for keeping his recordings quiet and noise-free. Pete's preference for vintage Neumann microphones, gives a warmth and full body sound that so many of our favorite old records have.

Guitarists

Here's the chance to have your Acoustic Guitar CD produced and recorded by Pete Huttlinger. Pete is an award winning guitarist whose list of credits is long and varied. From playing and recording for LeAnn Rimes and John Denver to performing with the Houston and San Diego Symphonies, Pete has played in countless situations as both a band member and soloist.

Now he's taking his studios skills to produce and record a limited number of solo projects.

Pete is also available for hire from his studio if you want him to play on your project. Pete plays acoustic guitar, nylon string guitar, electric guitar, banjo, mandolin, cuban tres guitar, irish bouzouki and a few others.

Listen to a few samples from Pete's CD's - Things Are Looking Up and The Santa Rita Connection to hear the beautiful guitar tones Pete can achieve in the studio.
